I am surprised that you have even been able to write about the problem here because I was told none of the links to the game or support pages were working.
To further try to understand the problem, that others are having difficultly with, I tried loading the game on Google, which I usually use as a back up for Firefox , Google doesn't work for me presently.
Is this what you see?

As it appears that it was working mid game ,is it something Google did, the game did, or just a device problem?
I used to be able to use edge browser, but that stopped working.which is why I am normally on Firefox.
Some players write that they use Edge, but I can't, could it be the same/similar problem.
