Hi Bearius! We understand your concern and want to clarify the situation.
The time before the start of processes (training/construction/Knowledge learning) is currently displayed incorrectly (because the bonus is higher than it is supposed to be). But when you start a process, the game displays the correct time and the bonus of the Competition victory is completely included.
We also want to inform that we are working to resolve the issue. Please note sometimes it takes a long while to solve the issue and therefore this thread will be closed.
You will know that the issue is resolved in the News section in the game or in one of the following updates.
