I now have to wonder if Ivar is more than one person.
Though I thought it odd at the time in this link below
where that Ivar asked for a posted screen shot, of the log in error message.
Yet now,in reference to the image posted above,which I believe is the one that was requested previously, it now states that it should be sent here instead.

Though logging isn't always straight forward, I haven't seen the message again,nor another,so couldn't capture and post.

The fact is that for some time now, technical issues and their solution are exclusively within the competence of in-game support. And now our official communities, including the forum, are no longer involved in technical support.

I've been getting this same error message for the last month, month and a half. The only way I found around it is to open the browser settings, close any open tabs, and then clear the cache. Afterwards, I'm able to login with no problems.
Until it's fixed, this will have to be my logging in progress. 🙁

That's right, I need to first figure out clearly what exactly the issue is, in order to understand whether it is worth sending a person to technical specialists or this is the question with which I or other forum members can help. 🙂
