This eastern we recieved new "holliday" bank offers.

How does Plarium dicide who got wich bank offer, my clan members have far more better bank offers than me, also totaly different than me. Yes i see eastereggs in my bank offers so it is a eastern offer but totaly different and far more expencif than other players recieved.

Please can you explain this?
