This morning I was logged in on my laptop, I closed the game by accident, went to reopen it and it now has an error message saying no internet connection - access denied.  It happens on the web version as well, however I can play on my phone (which is using the same internet connection - wifi- as my laptop).  I literally havent changed anything.  I have removed the cache of the login data for the game and signed back in with plarium play, but that didnt help.
