To resolve the issue you can make a scale of the window equal to 100%. It can be done by tapping Сtrl and "+". On FB Gameroom there are + and - buttons on the upper right corner.

I've had the same problem on a Windows 8 PC playing the game using Chrome. After reading the Administrator's suggestion, I looked at the browser's settings and changed the window size to 100%. It resolved the issue. In Chrome, "Ctrl+" does something different. Of course this is a temporary solution until the game gets a patch.
