How comes in Global Clans Battle I no longer get points for when I kill enemies while defending an attack?
And shouldn't I get more points for killing foreign enemies while defending my stand in my kingdom?

The information in a rating of a Competition is updated within the certain time period. Points are calculated correctly. There may be a delay in displaying points scored in the Competition on your device. The information on your device will be updated after a while. Please note that the delay in displaying points may occur in the Clan points section. Your personal points are updated instantly after each action you perform resulting in scoring points. There is no need to worry, you will definitely be given a place in the ranking according to your points.

Someone else recently asked much the same question and got much the same answer.
There's also another answer to this question,depending on exactly what do you mean by 'enemies in the enemy/home kingdom'?
You only score points against the clan you were drawn against in the clan versus clan event, but you will get points in this event and any other events that are running at the same time in which involve killing troops according to the information about that event.
So you only score points according to the formula against your designated clan, which I think you will find isn't double.
Its the same if you are at home away for killing, but double away for some other categories.
