It has been over 2 hours since maintenance kicked us out of the game.

It would be very helpful if, when you take the system down for maintenance, you gave an estimate of how long the maintenance will take and what time the game will be available again. This should be done routinely both in the maintenance message and on the forum (maybe Facebook, too). Thanks for your consideration.
