Hi, unable to log into the #831 today, other city works well (302) but 831 loging screen is stuck at 100.

Having a mess open with my second account, and seems some cities didn't came back from EK. Despite that, we shd have won since some are already farming T9 tiles.

Dunno what happen but fix it urgently.
