I can't load my account due to 'unknown error'. ..... HELP !

My account is in an enemy kingdom. I tried to login but I got the following message every time : 

Failed to load resources

'Unknown error'. Main JSON : https://plarium.com/vikings/version/4.6.0/webgl/main.json?hash=637128700904450000

I use Safari and firebox on iMac recent OS

Hi,


I have constant issues (Since months) with the Plarium Play App. The game is loading until 31 % and stops:


Error message:"Failed to load ressources"

"404 Not Found". MD5Files JSON: ........files.unity3d"


It´s really a mess. Support was already contacted a few months ago but closed the ticket without a feedback just a request to rate them in a positivbe way. This week I started again and opend a ticket + provided the technical data and requested input but they close the ticket again without an explanation. It´s frustrating. Does anybody else is facing a loading issue wiht the Plarium Play app as well? How can I solve it? Any support would be appreciated.

Dear Jarls,

Please note when you login the game, the data is loaded into your PC's memory - that's the game working principle. Every time the application is updated, it takes the part of RAM on your PC. This kind of failure happens in case your PC cannot load the application data due to the lack of V/RAM or unstable Internet connection.

Please try closing all not used other applications and tabs before launching the game. Please also check your PC's RAM and make sure your Internet connection is stable. Please note that this situation might occur if you have a 32-bit version of the Windows operating system.

To clear the cache of Plarium Play app please follow the steps below:

  1. Delete all temporary files from your PC which can be found in the following way:  C:\Users\Username\AppData\LocalLow\Plarium 
  2. Clear the Plarium Play application cache following this way:  C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Plarium\PlariumPlay\Cache 

After these steps are done, please reinstall the Plarium Play application.

We hope following these instructions will help you to solve the issue.

Hi Ivar,


first of all, thank you very much for answering. You are the first trying to help me, really appreciated!


But I have to say that I already deleted the cache and cookies, closed all apllications (Also The anti virus software). After this steps I deleted PLarium play app (Including the files in local and local low folders) and all related files and re-installed the application but result is still the same. Loading until 31% and error messahe "404" I also checked the link you copied in your comment but without. It doesn´t work at all.

Internet connection is stable - no doubt about that ((issues exists since months!) and I tried from several locations. On top of that I have a 64-bit computer, not a 32bit.


Based on all these activities I contacted the support but these guys are not supportive. the asked me for all technical details and log files and after I provided they closed the ticket and asked me to rate them in a positive way?!


I ansered on the ticket but they alwas reply that my mail doesn´t contaion any text......the various times before it worked......


So I was forced to open anothe rticket and describing my issue and they closed the ticket the same day wihtout any explanation, only the request to rate their performance in a good way.


I can´t move on with this game and I´m really surprised how Plarium serves (paying) customers. It´s an awful way and not clear to me if anybody did anything except the closing of my tickets, very frustrating.
