They  should see your post here but as mentioned before and again yesterday by CIM, over a potentially similar situation.

First check that it didn't arrive by checking for the addition of that amount in packs by checking the drop down boxes,on the list of resources on the town page, or consulting the the chest on the same page and searching my items.

If its not really arrived they should fix it, normally when you buy something it flashes its arrival on the screen, but you may not have noticed this.
