( for incident of kingdoms 10/02 )

so wait i recap :

- You win millions of euros thanks to the players.

- You have millions of players registered in your game.

- The game crashes on several kingdoms and others do not, which means that in CvC there was cheating

- 10 hours where have tried to reach you. Personally, I waited for the 10 hours for fear of seeing my shield expire

- After the incident, you do it like it was in the past.

- No CvC rewards after reconnecting to the game

-  After solving the problem, those who were in the CvC's opposing kingdom have the posibility of staying there (bug)

- No refund or gift received in play due to our specific problem with the kingdoms impacted

Which means that with millions of players,  you make  0 communication about the incident within 10 hours and you do like it was nothing? really ?

I dont know why not more players complain about it, maybe because of the fear of confronting you, but I paid for it in your game. I put money. we would need a precise explanation i think. no ?
