restarted,cleared cache,updated pc already

problem is you can lose all you have collected and you shild will fall so others can get at you

day 3.......done all the things and still no game.

same thing is happening to me. Im just happy i have a extended peace shield.

day 4 and i cannot remember how long my sheild is on for......

The game's loading screen is super abnormal and buggy. Devs, please fix that!

My advice is: try using safari. Downloads NEVER fail on safari.

Is everyone in this post using firefox? If so, the solution might actually be in Safari's WebKit, which is used by Chrome's, Edge's, Brave's, ext's Chromium, and so any non-firefox browser might work.

So then plarium might need to look at firefox. I feel like their workaround to this now fixed bug might be causing the problems somehow: " Applying workaround to Firefox bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1397977 ".

I'm no expert though, and I'd like the devs to look into this issue more in depth.

If you want to just keep your peace shield on, try logging on in safari on your iPhone. If you don't have an iPhone, then IDK what you should do besides pester the developers.

And, whatever you do, until this is fixed, DO NOT SPEND $$$ ON THE GAME. Force Plarium to fix this.

Plarium did a major upgrade and release last week, which was full of errors, (i.e. no proper testing and release procedures). Since then, Plarium have been doing correction upgrades on almost daily basis. As I run Plarium on Chrome on laptop, it means clearing cache and re-installing Vikings from scratch each time, a lengthy process. Don't mind doing this couple times, not the current 6 times and counting! These issues of poor testing, hasty releases and down right bad management being going on for years now! Fire half the staff and get some proper project management. 

As long as these problems keep going on, don't spend money on the game. They don't want your account. They don't care if the game is buggy. All they want is your money. Show them that to get that they need to fix the game.

Here is the answer hopefully, to an annoyingly much asked question.

Make sure that you have cleared the cache before trying to load the new version of the game.

Even if you think you have done this you may not have, esecially if you keep a "saved " window or version for convenience of access.

It apears they are doing frequent updates so, the foul version may be only a few days old, and near the top of any history ,but at other times it could be several days or weeks ago and this version needs to be cleared.

Personally  I have found that firefox is less of a trouble than the other system I also use to play another kingdoms simultaneously.

Such that one kingdom will load and the other not.

I am of the opinion that they could resolve the recurrent problem in much the same way other programs update.
