When upgrading if try to upgrade and not have enough of one resource it still charges the rest of the resources.. Happened a few times.. I.D. # 7199494

I have not seen this. I have tried to upgrade with not enough resources and I get taken to the resources screen to use resources boosts or buy resources for gold.
I hope players are not losing resources for no upgrade.
