ID#47257863/ Shield activated for at least 3 days on 06/11/2019 I check in today only to find that I have been attacked multiple times and all my Troops wiped out and most of my RSS gone. This is REDECULES!!!!. This is the third time that my shield has been hacked and I've received absolutely no consideration for the restoration of the lose of Billions of RSS  and Troops. Can you please restore my Troops, RSS and Influence points. AND CAN YOU PLEASE FIGURE OUT HOW TO PREVENT THIS SHIELD HACKING!!!!!

When I started the game suddenly I saw that I have got different town.And when I refreshed the account I saw that my real town's shield was dropped and I totally was emptied.This is insane, I want my every troop and my 500million resources back.

I do not know what really occurred, but if it was a game error, they just might refund you, however the way you describe events suggest it might be your mistake. 

If you get a new town because you haven't logged in properly, it shouldn't take long to realise that, it seems that was the case.

If you then logged into your real account immediately afterwards to find your town ransacked, it would suggest your shield had failed long beforehand.

Not to say that the game isn't faulty sometimes,but its always best to check that when you set up a shield that it has actually been processed.

Miss clicking and lag does happen.
