raised a ticket again but if my shield fails while game is down that will be the end for me i will have lost to much to replace it all without spending a fortune again.

Same here! Cleared browser cache, tried different browser, still stuck in 55%.

Same issue for me. I have tried on Chrome, Edge and Firefox and emptied the cache but still stuck on 55%. If shield goes down whilst issue continues then I will vote with my feet.

Does Plarium Player limit you to just one account?
