what is the point in this achievement since all the sites are occupied by dead cities. Once the big spending players have completed this they just put a dead alt on the site and that is it for the rest of us - yet another example of selfish play with Plarium doing nothing about it .

If you want to occupy a specific tile, please use your diplomacy skills or do it in other Kingdoms during the Global Competitions👍
Perhaps a seance will work for you Larry. One of those issues players have complained about for years that don't get fixed.
Ivar if the players can't be moved why not just move the target locations every few months?
You are right, and there would seem to be no obvious reason why they couldn't move the pioneer locations, it is not like they are secret anymore, and though not impossible it would make it harder, and more expensive perhaps for the blockers to reblock and disinsentivise them to do so.
