As mentioned Vikings Help is not affliated with Plarium. The Help you see/get there is done by people/players like you and me. Sometimes the people who start a topic leave the game or get a real life lol , as such it doesn't get updated as quickly as some of us would like. Thats also why people shouldn't razz or belittle the people doing it. They are volunteers just wanting to help.

I haven't played for a long time. Is there any way I can locate my old town?

I expect if you log in with your email address it will be easy to find. If you've forgotten your email or password possibly less so.
