Though there maybe some who work for plarium that also have input to the website you mention,it is not offiicially connected, so its pointless asking here.
Any updates take time to post,and it is not as if the game here doesnt give you updated information.
As mentioned Vikings Help is not affliated with Plarium. The Help you see/get there is done by people/players like you and me. Sometimes the people who start a topic leave the game or get a real life lol , as such it doesn't get updated as quickly as some of us would like. Thats also why people shouldn't razz or belittle the people doing it. They are volunteers just wanting to help.

I was wondering why the question raiser asked, not why you passed them onto support.
My original account is 'missing in action', the intention was to relocate it, as soon as possible, but it didn't happen, either because I thought I could recover it myself, and if I couldn't,was doubtful it was possible via support.
