Please advice what to do when our SH cannot train troops at all after the update.
On the train troops key and turns into light green colour and does not has a fuction for training troops.
Please fix it up.

This is the third post on what appears to be the same issue, is it only when you are in the SH?
No matter, unless they treat this as a general game issue that warrants a game fix, you are going to have to contact the support team.
Have to wonder if you are all in the same clan, the same kingdom or......
