So before I do as suggested, can anyone say if they got a gift for the first maintenance period, ie they might have got two, just the one could be inconclusive.
Hi xyz! If you do not claim your gifts from the first technical maintenance before the next one starts, you can only get the gifts from the last technical maintenance. This is the normal behavior of the game when there is more than one technical maintenance in a row👍

You might have said this in your first response,especially as it undermines the 'foward your problem'comment
The fact that when there is second maintenance, you cannot get both gifts if you dont claim the first ,isnt helpful. when you can't claim the first because of some technical difficultly ,because it doesnt show or doesnt work, unless the techs can fix the problem before the second maintenance starts, which seems unlikely.
This isn't the first time this has happened,so the solution would seem to be make sure it doesnt happen, or find another way to give the 'gift'

xyz, if you entered the game after the first maintenance and the gift wasn't available to collect, then please follow my first recommendation and contact our Support Team, they will check the issue👍
