Its not just L35, its all levels. Its a major change  to gameplay and no mention of it anywhere.

Looks like a major change or a bug. I am L21 and I also have only 30km, some days before I still had 50km.

It seems that they have limited the range. So, if you are L11, you have reached the maximum range. Crazy!

I suppose my game loading stuck at 18% is another improvement on game performance, less players surely improve the game.

xyz, I am using web version, so no old game to remove. Remove history does not work too. But after my report to Support, I believe they solved my problem. Game loading still stop at 18% for short while, but it then re-starts the loading and goes over 18% to full load.
