Its not just L35, its all levels. Its a major change  to gameplay and no mention of it anywhere.

Looks like a major change or a bug. I am L21 and I also have only 30km, some days before I still had 50km.

It seems that they have limited the range. So, if you are L11, you have reached the maximum range. Crazy!

I would think not so much, they do this kind of thing all the time  and often don't mention it , till someone asks or complains.

Is to bad they dont notify us, what else have they done with out our knowlegde ?

I suppose my game loading stuck at 18% is another improvement on game performance, less players surely improve the game.

Many players are having the identical problem of not being able to log into the updated version of the game.

Rather than waiting for support to respond after suffering a likely deluge of  requests for the same problem

Try removing the old game  by emptying history, then restart the game and you will probably be alright .

It might be simpler if updates to the game worked like normal computer updates.

That is overwrote or replaced the older version.

xyz, I am using web version, so no old game to remove. Remove history does not work too. But after my report to Support, I believe they solved my problem. Game loading still stop at 18% for short while, but it then re-starts the loading and goes over 18% to full load. 

Oh but there is an old version, (everywhere I guess, certainly on a  browser version )there is a new version every day, on close of play, when they reset it. 

I said remove history for a change, rather than clear cache.
