Are we still supposed to be getting these?

A couple of days ago, I got a new level, but it wasn't the system notification that told me, so I hadn't been aware that it had happened.

I had a look back through all the messages , including the most recent, and there is nothing as far as I can tell about this achievement.

Also I have no idea what the amount of gold was, nor if I actually got any.

Having posted the message,  I just realised, Its a timed event, so though its showing how much time has been accrued, it's not how long ago it started the count.  

 So, it's possible that the message could have been removed if it happened before 20th April.
