The question has been raised before, and there may have been some offical statement,so one on the current situation might be called for.

 However ,the situation you are facing is the same for everyone in any kingdom, and unless its disproprtionally affecting,some over others,its  seems inconsequencial. 

When the next new kingdom is founded scout about a bit and look at the figures.  You should be able to come up with an answer.

I am assuming you mean me,though your post is a bit vague, so I am not sure.

A brand new kingdom isn't going to be participating in events,so what's the point in looking there?

 I'm guessing that you know the answer to the question,you suggest, so rather than me look and come to no conclusion, why not post what you know?

To come up with a meaningful analysis of every kingdom would take ages, and it would really need to be done instantaneously, because nothing in the game is static.

Having obtained such a detailed analysis, what benefit would it bring?
