due to a gross mistake of technical support, my account has been blocked, I have been out of the game for 10 days, every day I hear lies about how everything will be ok, they took my money and denied me the game, return my money, I will not pay for your lies and scams

I think it was for a day not 3 months ... so your ban was over ... this happened to me once also ... I did not notice for a few days because I was not on for a few days so by the time I noticed it was already over. I did not contact support ... I figured it was because I had done a number of quick edits on a post and they must have considered that spamming ...
Well in the end I was banned five times, each time straight after making a perfectly ordinary game related post and each ban for a progressively longer time.
The admin danced about it for a while - the forum admin saying to send in a ticket and then the technical support people saying contact Ivar Marksman - but as each fresh ban occurred they speeded up and finally "white listed" me. The forum admin tendered an apology.
I suppose something in each post triggered the spam algorithm but what it could have been I don't know.
For myself I am glad that the spam posts get removed. How much trouble the defects in the algorithm cause I do not know. Perhaps plarium will address the defects. They should do so; the "banned" banner placed on accounts is pretty clearly defamatory, at least in some legal jurisdictions. Chess.com was sued some time back for mistakenly banning an account and there have been other cases.

I get auto banned for spamming aswell trying to make posts. It is a bit disheartening when your just making a post with a question.
