No you were not the first, (my big account is halfway to L.2),and though your idea of a prize is a good one, why should it be just for long lived?
Also what makes you think there would be any prizes left for you if they did give 10 away?
Though I have my suspicions on another, this is a bit of a bogey award..
If you are not logged into the game you don't accumulate time, which means its best to stay logged in, which uses bandwidth for everyone else, and costs and wastes electricity.
I wonder if there is some ulterior motive behind this.
I did wonder if some of the Vikings: Game of Shopping players dedicated a pc or other device to the game and left it running permanently. I have not noticed anyone actively playing and shown as last having logged in a year ago but I suppose the inumerable programming/bandwidth/whatever hassles would mean the last logged in date and time might always be within a few hours or days.
Anyway congrats on your early completion of Long-Lived. You are a true addict! Perhaps plarium's shout out could take the form of allowing an "Addict" honourific to the first few.
I do not have any specific time, and the official record of the achievement has been deleted ,but it has to have been over a month ago, which makes it say June 17th.
I am sure others had it before then, though why I didn't I am not sure, by assuming this timed event would have started as soon as they installed it.
Having done some quick calculations, after searching the forum, the achievements appear to have started April 6th, so the earliest anyone could have got long lived was around May 20th.
Which means I was around a month later.
I have a screenshot of an achievement dated 18th April which is probably around the time I decided to attempt some of them, so maybe its possible that the long lived didn't start till you had done another achievement, as this would seem to be the only explanation of the apparent month delay in gaining it.
P.S. I forgot to congratulate you on getting long lived and appearing not to be as addicted as I am,though I am not really, at least compared to some,if not many.
Well, for now, your June 17th stands as the record.
Perhaps a challenger will appear.
The King of Jotunheim gets an honorific - "King of Jotunheim" - so I contend the first to fulfil the Long-Lived achievement should, perhaps for the length of time it took to achieve, get the honorific "Addict in Chief".
Whilst using the forum search engine, I found myself here ,and so have to ask how far you got with 'Long Lived'.
After almost 2 years it's complete ,was hoping to be the first, but I saw others with it already and reference to being a few hours away by someone before Christmas last year.
One thing I have to note is,
When is a permanent bonus, not permanent?
They changed the bonus.
Whats to stop them repeating this in others players have got or chasing to get?
Well I have just got level VII - pretty much amazed that people have been able to get to X.
Do you keep the game permanently running in the background?
I'm not sure what platform you play on John but mine disconnects if I leave it in the background on Windows web , Android and Plarium play. I've yet to get to level 2 of this achievement on any of my accounts.
This topic is 4 years old.
We may or may not have been the first to level 1,which is what it was about back then.
Though they did change the bonus, it's not a new achievement, nor a secret one, so should be straight forward to do.
So I do not understand either why you haven't got further than L1 which takes about 2 months, as do the rest.
Congrats on completing Level I of the Long-Lived achievement! 🎉 That’s an impressive milestone! I wonder if anyone else beat you to it—hopefully, Plarium gives a shoutout to pioneers like you! 🚀
