I don't know is the answer, like you I would ask is it even possible? However, I have seen, and read of, other seemingly impossibilities.
I can see a scenario where they might have level 8 or 9 tiles left and maybe timed some to complete after the event started, but other than 'lets see how big a total we can make' why would you even bother to get more points than you get rewards for?
Of course you would do this if the opposition had dome something similar.
Points from tiles are effectively free, but you have to spend to get energy for ghosts and invaders, but as there is no way to discriminate where the points came from, its harder to speculate.
It will be interesting to see feed back, especially some from officialdom.

According to Plarium this is possible ....but to get that number of points by my calculations you would need to kill more than 500 Ubers (3 billion per Uber) ...once they got that many points they stopped playing and effectively killed the game
Winner of Fury gets lvl 9 rss tiles. Lvl 9 food tiles have 315m rss. Multiply by 18 marches x 200 = 1,134,000,000,000. That is just what one player with maximum number of marches can do.
Bad score. Instead of 2: 1 there is 1: 2 - Bidme clan and Kd 717
At first I didn't understand the point of this post.
I now think its a complaint rather than anything else.
If its a complaint about something you think is wrong,then you should put it in the section about problems, and or contact the administrator directly.
