The current shut down  which may or may not be fixing a / the above situation, gives time to spend looking on the forum.

I was just about to say the same as you wrote , maybe you can additionally look at ,or have already looked at the post I was dealing with again.(Saracen,versus ,Viper  gear)

I was also going to suggest they may have cut down on the allotment of level 9 tiles.

The Gifts of the Gods of level 7, 8 and 9 exist for 5 days from the moment they appear. After victory in a global Competition the limited amount of these locations will appear on the Global Map. However, the Gifts of the Gods of level 8 and 9 are available only until the locations run out of the resources.

Please also note that the 8th and 9th level locations might not appear on the Global Map if their maximum number is reached.

Well if thats true I'm sure someone would have given all the players that information if that was the case. Why would they do that and not tell anyone?

What is the maximum number of Gifts of the Gods Level 7,8 and 9 ??? Nobody knows ! We get a System message after winning, you can read in the message : You get Gifts of the Gods Level9 for the next 5 days ! And not : You get 500 Gifts of the Gods Level9 for the next 5 days !
