It looks like Plarium has hit a new low, and deleted a lot of accounts. If you had a linked account then your account will be respawned empty in a new kingdom, with everything reset. If you had a plain plarium account, then it is simply gone. Not sure what triggers this, or if there are any criteria that prevents this from happening (like you have spent a ton of real money on your account), but clearly the hours you have put into the game at some point will be wiped out.
