I cant find any info on Loki , level 11 and above
How much each level add's to loki's power
I had one person say each level was 10% more
Another had a level 13 Loki and said offense, health and defense was 690

I didn't even know what you were talking about and wondered if loki was something new but typing LOKI in the forum search engine didn't help.
Then wondered if it was an Aesir, and bingo now the search enine found Loki, he's second on the list here.

However it suggests he only goes up to level 10.
Maybe they have increased levels , and not posted the information ,but unless someone else posts here , which is not that likely,you will have to find this information for yourself.
Try youtube perhaps?

Revieiwing the above page I find some Aesir go to level 20, LOKI ,he is awfully expensive especially in soul shards, and according to elsewhere, unless this information is also out of date,does only go to level 10, and the gossip on him is not complementary.

My Loki is at level 10, there is an option to upgrade Loki t level 11
One of my Clan has upgraded his Loki to level 13
I have went on google, youtube and elsewhere, the info is all out of date
On the gossip, is he not as strong as he seems perhaps ??

The info below seems to have been posted early June.
I think I read it before, and also the linked page, which is not much more helpful as there are no tables to consult.
Are they also hiding in plain sight or still in the making?

- New levels for 18 Aesir. All of the Aesir can now be upgraded up to level 20.
- New levels for the Gard of the Ruler, Gard of Wisdom, and Gard of
Extravagance. You'll need Runic and Asgard Stones for the upgrades.
Other changes. We've:
- Added a cooldown after each healing. Also, the maximum number of injured warriors is selected for healing by default.
- Added Celestial runes in the Battle Pass rewards for players whose Palace is level 35 or higher.
