The problem was with the plarium.com site. I'm not a technical person but the login process was broken somehow so you couldn't log in to any Plarium game. The game was still running normally if you were already logged in. Facebook and mobile players weren't affected. So I don't know if they have a mechanism to work out who should get compensation.

Maintenance often seems to come at an inconvenient time for me. As someone has suggested in one of the other topics, why can't they give 24hrs notice of maintenance and updates so that people can act accordingly.

Of course, even for a large company, not everything can be anticipated.

Plarium has blocked one account of my that we assigned as chief !! We can not expel him from game!’ What shall we do for continued the game as a clan??

Your screwed.  They said they don't have the ability to unblock accounts.  Try sending a support ticket to move an Elder to chief

If I had known I would have carried on playing where I was , as it means I cant even go back to that one, and  I was in the middle of doing something there.

A lot will depend on how they treat your predicament and if you have already built a stronghold and it and the chief were holding massive stocks of resources.

Seems reconstruction is now over, but not soon enough for what I was doing.
