So I just bought the halloween pack with silver and drakkars, but before i could drakkar away from my dead kingdom I checked my silver reserves. I am not sure how it happened, but somehow 50Billion silver was redeemed and added to my city which i noticed the next day. So my question is: Can I open a ticket and speak to a Game Master about this issue and will they help me by reversing this process and putting the silver back into token form? I want to go to new kingdom soon I will get lots of help clicks to grow there, but am stuck here. Am I screwed, do they not reverse these types of mistakes? Please if someone knows share your experience.(I have not touched the silver since this happened)
