Moving your entire clan is not impossible, just problematic, and unfortunately, no you cannnot move your stronghold, presently you will have to build a new one.

To move you have be at least palace 21,and will need drakkars ,how many will depend on the loaction you choose, and your present individual strengths.

You cant all go over at once as a clan, you have to leave and go separately, and then form a new clan

You could find that some of you will move, and then there isnt room for all of you.

With thoughtful planning you could achieve your goal.
