It's not possible. Cos everyone would do what you intend to do. Fill a lvl 5 account with gold from the kd where your larger or main acc is then move to a new kd when it opens and be the Boss.

Simple question with a simple answer.

However, there would be no need for a novice jumpif you could choose your start kingdom.

As to the other suggestion in the reply.,isnt this what others are doing or trying to do anyway?

Also you have to  first get in the big clan, and then not be kicked out.

Preparing jumpers you need to find a way into the top clan where your new account appears 

No I meant starting from scratch, a brand new account/game. the two latest kingdoms started at the same time, but i have a couple friends that are trying to get into 805 where i am, but their game starts/loads in 806. 

Its possible that both these kindoms started at the same time, and access was random, and the earlier one filled first,or that the demand was such that they opened a second one later on. I do not think that writing to support would help you to join a particular  kingdom.

Your only option, if you havent already passed palace level 5,is to start a new account and novice jump there.

Alternatively its getting to palace 21, and hope  you have enough drakkars,and can join when the waiting time is over.
