I wrote to the support about 2 players NBK and BaronVonBullshit from our kingdom 150 , about hurting people with words , just because they different or other nationality (like our Russian friends) . I even sent a screenshot to the support and then NBK wrote this 
You can use your Clan chatroom only, too.
Don't take what they say to heart. Just ignore them. It only makes them feel powerful when they can hurt you with their words.
If they start censoring whatever hurts anyone's feelings .... I don't think that would be much fun.
Laugh at them, laugh at yourself. It's not the end of the world if someone doesn't like you, your race, your nationality, etc...
Remember this ...insecure people pick other people apart to try to make themselves feel better.
It's not a reflection on the people they insult, it's a reflection of them.
