   You need to get rid of the Negative Reputes. They are not fair... especially in the hands of somebody who is not fair.

Unfortunately for you they likely are not going anywhere and can be very useful if used correctly. But as you say they can be abused. One reason you see people changing kingdoms is to get away from that type of abuse.
