How does one acquire the gold nuggets? I haven't seen them anywhere yet.
I thought you only needed nuggets for the latest update levels.
I believe I have seen them only the once, after they introduced it.Others may have been offered it more frequently.
As for bronze, presumably you dont get enough from tasks,someone did complain a while back, and they put some in the bank packs.
I don't know anything about gold nuggets.
Bronze is one of many things you can't buy with gold. The simple answer is that Plarium wants it that way.

Yes I hesitated about mentioning tasks.
With someone just saying I am stuck at level 29, you cant be sure what the 29 refers to, but assumed it was to do with palace or buildings otherwise I dont think he would need bronze.
I cannot remember at what level,nor how you start getting bronze and manuscripts, but its before Palace 21
Yes, I assumed Palace level 29 also and I haven't been that far so I don't know how much Bronze we're talking about but it's obviously doable considering the many towns at that level or higher. But I don't know which of the 4 ways is most cost effective given that there are other benefits than Bronze in each case.
As for the Palace level for Bronze and Manuscripts from Personal Tasks, it's definitely after 15 so somewhere between 16 and 20 then.
I am stuck at 29th too without enough bronze, and I used all 1000 personal tasks and 1.2m loyalty points to buy bronze - simply not nearly enough.
I have just calculated that if you want to build everything at 31st lvl without buildings that aren't pulling each other (such as Val's Citadel, Hal of Mysteries, Rune Workshop, Aesir and WarBlock), you would need measly 2.300.000 Bronze.
Try to collect 2.300.000 through tasks, Uber kills and buying in Clan store
You simply ned to buy packages and spend big. I do not remember at what level the bronze first appeared.
I wasnt paying much notice,so didnt register the change in amounts either.
You didnt mention epic,I got 32 bronze yesterday.
If you can get your clan to pass all 10 checkpoints in clans battle you can get a lot of bronze that way.
Forgot to mention I was level 29 palace. I've been able to get enough bronze through Ubers and tasks to upgrade about 5-6 of the smaller buildings to level 29, but it'll take forever to get enough for the market, oracle, etc. without having to buy packs, which I don't want to do anymore. I built up what I thought was a fortune in bronze from all the Ubers I killed waaaaaayy before I went for level 27. Not so.
You need bronze for levels 27-31. Well, technically level 26. You're first expense is upgrading the palace to 27. You don't need it again after everything is upgraded to lvl 31.
There's a great place on this forum that shows exactly how much everything will cost (food, wood, bronze, gold nuggets, etc) for every level of everything in the game.

Bronze is an item necessary for upgrading buildings between levels 27 and 31. It can be earned by completing personal Tasks, or purchased in the Clan Store for Loyalty Points. Moreover, you can knock Bronze out of Uber Invaders. The chance of getting depends on Hero's Skills, learned Knowledge, equipment, and boosts increasing the Hero's combat stats when fighting Invaders.
A Gold Nugget is an item for upgrading buildings between levels 32 and 35. It can be obtained as a reward for passing checkpoints in Competitions and for taking top places in the Asgard League rankings.
All the items mentioned above, except the Warrior's Draft and Soul Shard, can be purchased as part of Bank offers.
i'm level at level 30 palace and hasn't seen any package from bank that has gold nugget or obsidian inside. anyone can explain why? thanksthey might appear after you reach palace 31, because you don't need them before then.
I've been at palace 31 for a week but still no bank offers for gold nuggets or obsidian. I could do 32 easily otherwise and I have everything to get to T7 if they would offer me gold nuggets and obsidian. Yeah there has to be more to it than that. I asked some of our kingdoms 32-35 accounts and they said they bought gold nuggets from the bank but that's about all I could get out of them. well, i see a few lvl 35 around... they must have hit the "buy" button because as you say, it is impossible with 1 bank offert in december to have reach lvl 35

Some of the big accounts in our kingdom told me they got gold nugget offers yesterday but all I got is obsidian in one of the big packs. What level of packs are you at? I was at $9.99 and screwed that up two days ago and got bumped to $19.99 (that generally doesn't happen when buying a discounted pack but it did this time). My guess is you won't see many obsidian or gold nugget offers unless you're at a higher tier in spending. You may be able to shoot down my theory if you're at a higher amount and still not seeing them.
BTW, I've read a few places that people have not seen gold nuggets since Christmas. :(

you see gold nuggets and obsidian in packs once your palace is lvl 31, occasionally one off pack will have gold nuggets and obsidian at lower levels, but not often.
