And could you, please, clarify what do you mean telling about “stolen cards”?

plarium booted already 3 accounts with same cashflow ( usually a few thousand dollars per day ) ... they pop up again and again and again

Thank you so much for addressing this. We don’t know for sure what’s happening with these accounts. 

But they  pop up cause havoc & get banned. 

The growth is quick & doesn’t match the pace of the game and we are concerned after the last three accounts were banned to see another one pop up so soon.

He's less than 24hrs old and is 6b influ.

That is crazy, right there - no rez - 1 battle - I hope daddies bank account is not over drawn !  

He will just put Millions of T6 into POP again .. and WE have to clean it again while he is banned !

The following pictures above are of already banned cheaters with stolen credit cards, the boosted SH of a stolen credit card and now a new account boosted with yes, a stolen credit card. this is ridiculous and should be dealt with immediately before this kingdom is ruined. the account should be banned and resources should be deleted and SH should be removed from the kingdom. 

If not i would like to get a full reimbursement of all the money I've spent on this kingdom and I'm sure many others would.

This is totally unacceptable.  Look at the following coords in the kingdom:

1. 258:532
2. 257:528
3. 259:529
4. etc on similar Systems accounts in 763.

These accounts all flooded the common chat with messages of free gold and a link how to get it.  How do you keep clans with honest players going and not quitting if you sit with these imposters in the Kingdom?

Can Plarium please act and give us a resolution?

Draw your attention that we need the screenshots of violations (chat messages) and screenshots of profiles these players and we will investigate this issue necessarily.

Is Plarium, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certified and compliant?  If so, how do they act on these serious allegations?  If they are not, we as the players who spend a lot of money are all exposed to massive losses. On the other hand, will any hacking software also be a breach of the standards set out in the PCI definitions and the users should be protected against it. I believe the facts and info given so far warrant a proper investigation....Thanks,

I totaly Agree ! Plarium is in a tight spot, they HAVE TO BE PCI COMPLIANT and this kind of behaviour places them under federal law charges ...

remember Im in the Data Centre Industry and ISO 27001 comes into play.

so Plarium can lose their certification for internet banking and card processing service

They must spend thousand of money and you must see that.

Equipment is not so high... it is only equipment with normal material... if he have buy a lot of VIP point for have task full automated and buy plenty of personal task, he will have a lot of normal material and high level hero... with full autocompletion of personal task, you can do a personal task refresher every 2 second...

if he was with invader or stronghold armor who ask for kill plenty of invaders, it seem to me that 12h play time will be not enough... myself, with invader research almost fully done, i can do at max 10 ubers in 1 hour... but it is not the case here for DiCh_I_ gear...

Anyway, he must have spend a lot of money for do it but some player spend in the thousand... some are legit player spending a lot, and maybe other are using stolen credit card...

Can be a jumper account too... they are people born long ago in other kingdom, not really playing but waiting for good bank offert or superpack ... after months waiting and having buy a lot, they jump to new kingdom and use all they have stockpile for grow very very fast...
