Yikes! I would tell him to contact support and plead with them describing his blunder. Hopefully they'll help him out... That sucks man!

You may or may not be lucky  with futher pleas to Plarium.

Did he use Drakkar or Novice Jump.?

If it was a novice jump ,it may be smarter to start again,and move to the right place this time.

Otherwise its palace 21 and Drakkars as  the worst case scenario.

He could always  play two towns in the mean time.

The player who want to join us and me contacted Plarium...

I CAN'T UNDERSTAND ! It's unbelievable !

In our support request, I joined the discussion I got with the player who wants to joins us, if the support read it, it's clearly written that he want to join us...

This guy paid for drakkars, now he have to wait 2 monts and buy again drakkars ! It's what you want, that he pay again $$$

After your first post,though worth trying again, I didnt think you would get anywhere by contacting support.

Apart from the monetary aspect, I can see why they wouldn/couldnt help.

Why could not I contact support ? The player spent the drakkars for nothing, this is a mistake ...

I thought Plarium would understand since we have a copy of our discussion ! Must believe that I was wrong !

It was worth trying support, however I did think they woudnt help, and it appears that it was somewhat mean of them not to,though they were right to say that your friend should have checked before the final decision, as the game has several areas where there appears to be what are deliberate traps for the unwary to fall into.

The most obvious is the spending gold accidentally,beacause of its proximity to build,train,and research buttons,it also uses the same space as the purple free button.

Another is the free novice jump button. which changes its  usual order when moving to another kingdom for clan events.Theres probably more.

An undo mistake button would help, but how often would it be needed  to warrant its inclusion.

Dont know how many Drakkars he spent but they couldve just moved him,or given him the Drakkars needed to move,but unfortunately the

innocent suffer the consequences of those that would abuse the system.

Which is probably why they didnt help.
