Hello Commander, based on the gamerules there is a limit in sending units to another player same as resources. It is just part of the gameplay how Plarium decided ti implement. All players face te same game rules. Do not ket it affect you in enjoying the game!

It's from back when players weren't allowed to have multiple accounts, to prevent them from having alts send their main account a ton of resources.
