Thanks for  (not) fixing the problem!!.  Most players DO NOT WANT the small rewards.  Most players want the chance of a large increase.  If I kill a level 100, I want 5000 battlecruisers (or equivilant) for my reward gauranteed if the bank is met.  I do not want 600 battlecruisers!!  I'm sorry, but I feel you folks just do not get it.  In removing ONLY the 30% return, you have now made it worse, not better.  Remove the small rewards, please.  Give the players something beneficial to spend money on crystals for, if you expect them to buy more.  Do not try to reach into their pockets and give nothing in return.  We understand you need to make profits, but players have real lives too.  In effect the last change did not give anything.  Please do not pretend you gave us something.  You just took more away.

Come on General Winters, Remove the pay on all infest's and let's just forget the update ever happened. The quicker it's done the quicker your loyal customer's will start spending again and all will be happy.

General Winter's will not reply now as like the last few thread's he started and will end up closing again without answering the loyal customer's and call that listening.

Commander, we take care about our customers and this was a reason why we implemented the infestation update. As you can see we listen to your feedback and we continue to improve the feature so you can enjoy a new style of hitting infestations. Still we believe the changes on the reward distribution will make better the game experience of our players, both new and experienced ones.

No you really do not listen, If you did listen to the overwhelming negative feedback with all players asking for the system to return. You do not listen instead you dangle a little carrot to soften the blow.

To listen to your loyal customer's would be to give us what we the paying customer's want, which is the small pay on all infest's removed.

You are absolutely correct. This change is not what 99% of the members spoke to. Truly amazing how they heard....but did not listen.

As usual, Winters you are talking out of your'e rear end !!, Iv'e tested your new infest system since it was implemented, And its a load of BS, How is it possible to bank 300 million in resources , and you get the regular pays spazmodically, It'd absolute,  garbage !!!  You are refusing to listen to the people that pay lots of money to play the game ! These people are the ones that earn you money and also the ones that others listen too, From a business view, "YOU COULD NOT ORGANISE A ROOT IN A BROTHELL "   Wake up to yourselves and bring the old infest system back, As this is what your customers want, And furthermore, If you don't want to do that, Simply return the money people have invested !!

Commander HOUSE OF PAIN, the old system won't be returned. This decision was well-considered and it won't be changed.

I respect our Commanders and I respect your deeds in the Wasteland. However, we look in perspective and we do believe that this change is needed. That's why I consider the question of returning the old system closed.

still have no clue why I was banned to begin with. Abbreviated a word and put up a post to get people to stop buying crystals and BOOM. I think bio got his feelings hurt. He has been banning alot of people for not agreeing with his math. 

Bio said that 1+china= blue and if you bank 40 apples before a wednesday you can get a full pay on an infest

Biohazard should be stripped of the Moderator title. To be a Moderator you keep your own feeling's regarding player's to yourself instead he insinuates NUT House player's are alt's and even call's some noob's, Yet a player say's anything he doesn't like and get's banned. That is not fair.

With power comes responsibility and Biohazard is using his power's in the wrong way.

Totally agree, let's stick to the topic. Commander TIRAS, you didn't ask me a question, though. You suggested to bring back the old system and I replied that our team might make changes in the new scheme, but the old one wouldn't be returned.

We believe that small rewards for every win is a good addition to the new system and it helps our players reserve some troops for the future battles.

So every troop that we have will always be out in the open. Even if we wont to build up troops in the bunker.

The problem I have now is the level of infestation is higher and I now have not even 50% of the troops needed to kill even the lowest. So the only way to progress is to build for a month to kill a single infest or spend money to buy crystals to heal my troops. Explain how this is working?

I have not won back half of the troops I have used. 

This system does not make sense at all.

I will not wait that long to play the game, I will start a new game elsewhere!
