I'm on a web based chrome... when i click on any building there is no pop up page, I also cannot drag the sector map

Right now, it seems like it may be connected to your connection strength (Or rather, your lack of it - Ignore that unintentional pun :P)
You can try clearing your cache and cookies, but if it doesn't solve the problem, I can only advise you to contact the Help and Support Desk with information including (But not limited to) your coordinates, when this started, your operating system, your browser, and the browser and plugin version.

I'm on fiber optic 1gbs...cleared my cache,fix registry and even reinstall chrome....... still the same problem!!!!

You will have to contact the Help and Support Desk t resolve this.
You can find it through the bottom of this page, Support, Total Domination (The star), contact us, Login Issues, The game is lagging/My game doesn't load.
