Curious s to have to know, whether or not there is a mobile version available for
Windows 10 phone or Windows phone in general yet or in foreseeable future?

Well I suppose if your Windows 10 device is a tablet (And has a WiFi connection, etc..), then it's already considered a mobile game lol
If you mean android/iOS-styled mobile game, then you would have to check the Windows Store/TD:R forum for such an application (That's compatible with your device).
The last possible option would be to run an emulator and run TD:R on that, but keep in mind that Plarium has no specific support for emulators.
I play using Puffin Browser on my iPhone, conects to Plarium.com with no issues.
