Well we can argue 0, 1 or 12.
0, because they aren't really people, and therefore they aren't really players.
1, because Morgana controls them all, so basically she is playing through multiple physical forms.
And 12 because there are 5 players on the court and up to 7 in the side lines.
My final answer is 12.
