I've been in the clan for about half a week and i still cant see any of my clan mates  troops 

This is not a bug, only members of guardian rank or higher can see the total troops in the emitters.  Members below this rank can see only their own troops.  This is to prevent people from using alt accounts to spy on enemy clans.
