I say it is Acid because of that a liven vs predator looking thing in the background.But i would go with (Mutagen)

The blood of Morgana's Mutants... Or, technically "Antigen".
It's what happens when mutants get too excited...
They spit acid blood. Winters should put his helmet back on so he doesn't get any in his eyes.
From where the greenish liquid is flowing from it seems that the liquid is flowing from inside the armour. So it cant be any mutants blood, its may be mutagen leaking.
So i will go with mutagen
