New territory and clan achievement badge still not awarded

Good Day General Winters,


yes its me again ...lol... 

I am the clan leader of Camelot Clan , yesterday we took over a new lvl5 emitter from another clan , our territory prior to the takeover was  193.8km ... once we took it the territory remained the same.

A few hours later we upgraded it back to a lvl 5 and were supposed to earn the Hegemon Badge lvl 4.

Our territory in the embassy and clan stats still only shows as 193.8 km and our Hegemon badge still remains on lvl3, 

and yet we clearly hold more territory than we used to and we clearly now have the required 4 x lvl 5 emitters held for longer than 15minutes for the lvl4 Hegemon Badge to be awarded.

Our new influence points have also not reflected  for the Raiders Badge lvl 3 we got when we took over the new emitter.

please advise.

That is what i had done prior to sending a msg here on forums.

The only reply i got from support was the auto generated msg telling me they have received my ticket ...after that absolutely no reply from support. 


and from what i see now the Deadly Bulldogs have the same problem...


This is a serious issue FIX IT ASAP

Commander, believe me, we understand how important this issue is and fixing it is in our prior tasks. Our technicians are working on this.

A lot of clans are having the same problem, It seems there is some kind of glitch with clan achievements.  Plarium is working on fixing it, but they need to figure out what exactly is wrong before it can be fixed, and for that they need the support tickets.

But they do have time to delete people's messages and reply's  The issue is simple, Clan ranking points are frozen,  For everyone.

The forum-Moderators and H&SD are a different set of people; Though I can say for BiohazarD and myself that we do try to reply adequately and in a timely manner.

For the deleting replies part, we don't do that unless it blatantly breaks forum rules and can't be remedied. (Though it does only take abut 5 seconds per post to delete..)

If it only takes 5 seconds you're doing it wrong, you have to savor it XD 

@House The symptom (clan ranking points not being updated) is simple, but the cause of it may not be.  I'm not sure how plarium has their code organized, but it seems that many things are mixed together and depend on the same functions, because they frequently update one aspect of the game and accidentally change a seemingly unrelated aspect.  Of course, to fix a major organizational issue in a coding project could require starting nearly from scratch, so that may be why they still have these problems.

Thank you for your suggestion. I think it is a good idea to inform players about reported bugs and glitches which our developers are currently working on. If you have more ideas on how to do it best, I will appreciate it.
