The fighter for being the only non-artillery unit. 

Or the sandworm for being the only bioplasma unit. 

(both of these are true, not sure which one you're looking for)

The Fighter.

Simple reason, all the other three have the same movement speed while the Fighter's movement speed is way higher 

Some answers are possible.

Fighter. It's the only air-unit, it's the only unit that has a higher speed, it's the only unit that has a build time more then 3 hours

Sandworm, it;s the only unit you crate with bioplasma instead of normal resources C, U, T. and, it's the only unit that got introduced later in the game. All other unit were in game from the start.

Plasma cannon, it's the only unit that has less build time then 2 hours

So counting the things that are different.. The fighter wins with 3 reason's

Fighter, because it is the only air unit while the 3 other are artillery units and they of course can be deployed under a Hellstorm artillery platform where the fighter does not belong.

Even though the sandworm is alive and made of bioplasma which differs from the material that plasma cannon and disintegrator are made of, they still fall under the same family of units created for the same purpose and therefor they do belong together. But, if the sandworm was also flying,...

Ok.. The fighter does not support the hellstorms.     One fully loaded hellstorm is going to knock the fighter out of the sky in a pile of burning rubble, so my sandworm can have dinner. ;}
