1.  VIP Errands to give VIP points based on flavor of errand completed

2.  To be able to pillage dead Citadels of resources (both raw and transformed) if no members of the order have logged on for 4 weeks or longer.  Once the Citadel is is empty, it is destroyed.

3.  Add a building to the empty spot above the Gemmery to make wall defenses (i.e. spiked traps, archer towers, catapults, etc).  Wall level determines number of total wall defenses that can be built.  Active inquisitor will buff certain defenses or in the case of Ann Castlebane, she would buff them all, but to a lower percentage.  Buff percentage to be determined by the inquisitor's dignity.
